What does "Turn down for What?" Mean?

This video is pretty crazy.  Lots of people are wondering what the hell "Turn down for what" means. Watch the video, then check out the answer from "Urban Dictionary" below.

rhetorical question used by teenagers. "turn up" is the act of getting drunk and high and being reckless so "turn down" would mean sobering up. turn down for what is really saying i am fucked up and will continue to be all night no matter what. the only appropriate answer to this question would be "nothing"
Johnny: turn down for what ?!
Ben: The cops and my dad.
Johnny: You're a pussy! TURN DOWN FOR NOTHING

Flappers Main Room Thursday, 6/20

Great time at Flappers on Thursday, June 20th!

Me and Creepy Steve performed at Flappers in Burbank this past Thursday for a great crowd, which included actress Katie Featherston from the "Paranormal Activity" films. Below is a picture taken after the show.

Orange County Comedy - Tustin & Santa Ana

Did two great shows in Orange County last week. The first was "Thundergoat Comedy" run by comedian Erik Wargo.  Erik is a hilarious, great guy who has basically transformed his backyard into a comedy club. He invites all of his favorite comics down from Los Angeles to perform on his monthly show.

Eriks backyard looks like a place they would film "Backyard Wrestling".I was waiting for Terry Funk to come home and kick us out of his backyard. But its a great show, they have a guy named "Taco Mike" who makes Taco's, plenty of drinks, and also wild dogs running around the stage!

Sean Conroy closing out the night.
The next show was at "The Copper Door", which is a great restaurant/concert venue in downtown Santa Ana. We put on a special "Father's Day" show for any Hipster dads that wanted to laugh.

Friday the 13th - Tommy Jarvis Triple Feature!

This past Friday the 13th the Silent Movie Theater on Fairfax in Hollywood had a 'Tommy Jarvis Triple Feature".  A special showing of "Friday the 13th" parts 4, 5 and 6!

Fans lined up down the block.
The event was sold out, I barely got in. I always underestimate how many fans turn out for these things. There are so many "Friday" fans, they could sway a Presidential election. Too bad most of them would just vote for more "Friday the 13th!"

Director Tom Mcloughlin and composer Harry Manfredini head in.
Friday the 13th and horror movies in general have such a wide array of fans, the line was full of the stereotypical Horror fans, movie execs, girls, gay guys, and cool dudes like myself.  It always surprises me on how diverse the fan base is.

Some of the great fans in line.
One of the coolest parts of the night was when they started playing "Part 6". During the opening credits a full on authentic Jason came out and walked around the crowd. It was fucking rad. I did not see that coming!

A special appearance by Jason himself during the
opening credits of part 6.
This guy walked right by me, I was Starstruck!

This motherfucker looked exactly like Jason in part 6,
he nailed it!
After the film, the cast members got on stage for a kick ass Q & A.  The only question I could ask is "How do you guys rule so much?"

Cast members from part 6.
After the Q & A, the director told us about a special surprise, he had brought along the original casket of Jason, and it was in the back, ready for us to see!   I dropped everything and was the first one in it!

The original casket from "Jason Lives" -
Director Tom Mcloughlin keeps it in his basement.
He brought it out for the first time in about 30 years.

I had the honor of being stuffed inside it.
We had a cool "Friday the 13th" party in the back of the theater, I spotted these cupcakes and asked "Hey, are these free for anyone?" and the lady gave me the green light!

The Jason cupcakes tasted great. For real!
I'm not just saying that because I'm a lunatic.
All of the cast was hanging out, taking pictures, talking with the fans, so I took a few pics and hung out.  I remember thinking in my head, "It does not get better than this."

Vincent Guastaferro aka "Deputy Cologne" talks to the fans.

Director Tom McLoughlin mingled, and was promoting his new book about his career.

If you notice in the picture below I have my favorite t-shirt on featuring Camp Crystal Lake.
